Comforting and support goes hand in hand

Egypt's leader. He Thinks like YOU. He IS you.
If you want to change him -
change your mind and your focus

I have had a session today with myself and my husband observing and listening. I was sad and I cried and I asked him please listen and Comfort me. This will help me so much. He did. I asked him to focus on me, even though our youngest Child intervened. He did. It was hard, but he did. And I talked and explained that it is so important to let people be sad and cry until they have finished Crying. If you don't let them cry mercy will vanish from their hearts and vulnerability will be replaced with anger and irritability.  Respect and honour will no longer prevail and you are heading toward destruction and sickness, both in heart and mind.

This is where Egypt is today. Egypt mustn't change it's government or military. It only has to change every individuals heart. Because when the heart change and the thoughts change, the leader of the country change automatically.

This is from a hadith.

The leader is Always a mirror of the peoples collective thoughts, behaviour and actions. When an individual change his or her thoughts, behaviour and actions the country will change rapidly.

YOU have the Power to change to World. You own the World. The World is within.

But to be sure man Always need proof. So search for proof that what you Think of and focuse on is there.

But also try this: Focus to find a butterfly today. Think about butterflies. Did you see any butterfly, a real one or a butterfly in a comic book?

If you didn't see one, perhaps it is because you didn't Think about it so much. But if you try this every day you will soon start to see them every where go look. And this is proof that your thoughts and your focus is your Power. You will Always find what you Think of.

Then try to find something you Think of, that you don't Think you can find where you live. Something unimaginable or something real. And search for proof.

Thank you for visiting.

The Qur'an is a confirmation that the Secret is true and valid

The book "The Secret".
"All powers is from within and
therefore under our control."
Robert Collier 1885-1950
The Qur'an and The Secret

While dissecting the Qur'an and really reading the words in arabic, questioning the interpretation of the translator into English and Swedish (my mothertongue) and trying to find the real meaning behind the ayah, you'll notice after a while, comparing with the book the Secret, that Allah is what the Secret calls the universe or the Source, and that prayer is nothing without the intention behind it, and the focus you have, just like the Secret is contending.

There is nothing that belie the Secret, from the view of a Muslim. I have been reading the Secret and trying to dissect it meticulously, but the Qur'an actually confirm what the Secret has to say. Nothing it says goes against the Qur'an.

This might be surprising for a lot of people. Could there be more out in the world than the Qur'an, having the same truth?

Of course. The Qur'an is only a reminder of the truth that is out there, open for everybody to see.

The Qur'an is amazing. Having all the details we need. But life is more than the Qur'an, but the Qur'an is true. What it contains is all correct.

I love the Qur'an.

Is it easy to follow the Qur'an? Yes it is. Do we follow the sunnah? No, we don't.

One of the things we all do is to try to have a nice home, filled with furnitures, LED-screens and ornated lamps. We strive hard to win the perfect life in Dunya.

We cook several times a day and we eat a lot, and get fat, most of us. Even a little bellyfat is fat. We spend most of our days in front of the computer, the television or at work, either in the kitchen, with cleaning the house and our stuff and we get stressed out and frustrated when we don't find our things when we have to have them. Why is that? Are we really following the Qur'an and the sunnah? How did the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him live?

Dress Of Prophet Mohammed

His dress generally consisted of a shirt, tamad (trousers), a sheet thrown round the sholders and a turban. On rare occasions, he would put on costly robes presented to him by foreign emissaries in the later part of his life (Ahmed, Musnad, Hafiz Bin Qaiyyam).

His blanket had several patches (Tirmizi).

He had very few spare clothes, but he kept them spotlessy clean (Bukhari).

He wanted others also to put on simple but clean clothes. Once he saw a person putting on dirty clothes and remarked, "Why can't this man wash them." (Abu Dawud, Chapter "Dress").

On another occasion he enquired of a person in dirty clothes whether he had any income. Upon getting a reply in the affirmative, he observed, "When Allah has blessed you with His bounty, your appearence should reflect it." (Abu Dawud)

He used to observe: "Cleanliness is piety".

Mode of Living Of Prophet Mohammed

His house was but a hut with walls of unbaked clay and a thatched roof of palm leaves covered by camel skin. He had separate apartments for his wives, a small room for each made of similar materials. His own apartment contained a rope cot, a pillow stuffed with palm leaves , the skin of some animal spread on the floor and a water-bag of leather and some weapons. These were all his earthly belongings, besides a camel, a horse, and some land which he had aquired in the later part of his life. (Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud).

Once some of his disciples, noticing the imprint of his mattress on his body, wished to give him a softer bed, but he politely declined the offer saying, "What have I to do with worldly things. My connection with the world is like that of a traveler resting for a while underneath the shade of a tree and then moving on." Amr Ibn Al-Harith, a brother-in-law of the Prophet , says that when the Prophet died, he did not leave a cent, a slave man or woman, or any property except his white mule, his weapons and a piece of land which he had dedicated for the good of the community. (Sahih Bukhari).

He advised the people to live simple lives and himself practised great austerities. Even when he had become the virtual king of Arabia, he lived an austere life bordering on privation. His wife Ayesha (radiyallaahu `anha) says that there was hardly a day in his life when he had two square meals. (Sahih Muslim,, Vol.2, pg 198).

When he died there was nothing in his house except a few seeds of barley left from a mound of the grain obtained from a Jew by pawning his armour. (Bukhari, Sahih Bukhari, Chapter "Aljihad").

He had declared unlawful for himself and his family anything given by the people by way of zakat or sadaqa (types of charity). He was so particular about this that he would not appoint any member of his family as a zakat collector. (Sahah-Kitab Sadaqat).

So how can we change our lives? Should we give away everything we have? No, don't have to, but it would certainly facilitate your life. You would find your stuff more easily and you would have more time to do more good things, instead of being stressed out all the time.

1. Get rid of all your clothes that you don't need. Spare 4-5 of your best clothes and keep them clean.
2. Get rid of everything you have more or less. Keep some things you really treasure.
3. Cook less and stop eating sugar and wheat. The prophet had barley on his floor - and barley is good food. Eat once a day. This will not only be better for your faith, but also for you health. New studies tell us that fasting is the best way to get rid of heart-deceases, cancer and other age-related sicknesses.
4. Fast on Mondays and Thursdays. This will help your health and faith.
5. Eat more raw-food and less of other things. When you break the fast you can eat bread with olive-oil. The bread should contain more barley than wheat.
6. Eat meat on occasionally days as Eid. This is very hard to do, but the prophet ate sheep-meat and you can't find a hadith where it tells you that he ate meat from cows. Fresh fish on the other side is good to eat. There are several verses in the Qur'an about the fresh fish.
7. The prophet peace be upon him always smiled. Do you smile a lot? He also talked well when he opened his mouth. Try to speak nicely to people. Try to diminish all your things you HAVE to do and try to spend more time with yourself. Your career is not the most important, even though it is important. It is secondary. Your behavior is much more important than that.
8. When you try to have more money, do you think that you have to search for feng shui-solutions, read the Secret or try the lotery? Or do you have to wait for a relative to die or your work to enhance? You don't have to do that. The only thing you have to do is to occupy yourself with your prayers, especially at night, and in the day keep contact with people, be nice to them and seek opportunities. If you pray to Allah and believe he will give you all you need, then pray and leave Allah to do the work for you.
