It is important to purify your heart. The heart is the key to Everything.

Everything is thoughtforms manifesting into reality - in this dimension at least.

But how do you know that you have a good pure heart?

1. If somebody tells you about anything - you only react with love and curiosity, like a Child is curious. You don't judge anybody. If you are triggered somehow, you purify it by doing conscious work (Read article about Shadow work).

If you have problems or feel negative emotions - you have to do shadow work or "How to purify your heart as a Muslim"

How to change your Life: Purify your heart!
For a long time, I knew that I had to purify my heart, but in islam you are only told to purify your heart and your mind, not how you can Clean up the mess that is actually there.

To purify the heart is the most important thing you can do to transform your Life. The prophet Muhammad did so - the angel purified his heart.

But you can purify it without an angel.

You only have to have a Connection to God/Conscious - which we all have.

It doesn't matter how many times you do dhikr. It doesn't matter how many prayers you do - i will not change your thoughts.

The prayer is good for you in other ways and it can help purify people in many ways, but the prayer isn't Everything.

You have to do Shadow work.

So how do you do this?

By start to feel. Not to resist the feeling. Not living it out (even if this would be better for you). You have to be in the moment, and in the present.

Here is how you purify your heart:

The feeling you are feeling right now have a bodily sensation.

You must start to observe it, feel it and then ask your heart when it was the first time you felt like this. It will lead you to a memory.

This memory you must observe and when you have observed it, you must start to feel it. When you are there in this memory living it all out again, you can now change it. You change the feeling by changing the situation.

Ask the Little girl what she needs and she will answer you by a thought/idea. Change the situation/the memory so that the implications aren't the same i.e. if somebody hated you, you could take this and make somebody else come to you in this memory and love you. Use your imagination. Because even if our body can't change Place in time/space the soul/ruh can... and it will change the causality of Everything in your Life and you will change your Life. This is what I mean by purifying your heart so that it no longer holds negative emotions, like an anchor. If you would like to know more about this, you can Contact me.

How to find your true desires and wants (in depth)

I read an article of Steve Pavlina, you can read about it here , and he gave me an insightful view of where I was standing, who I were and who I wanted to be.

I made three columns. One for values that I hate, but I strive for. One for things that I do, that is okay. One for values that I desire to integrate in myself.

This is what I came up with.

(Please read Steve Pavlinas blog before you continue to read)

I'm afraid of Thranscendance, but I am wanting it so badly.

I want to be a reliable and a brilliant person who makes people feel relief. I want to be present and professional.

I desire warmheartedness and warmth. I want wit and grace.

My highest desires are to be acknowledged for something that is accessible with something that will make people feel relief. I want them to feel pleasure.

I need structure and support in my life. I love to have sophisitication and at the same time be both sound and to have useful people around med. I love variety and want to live with variety.

My basics need are organisation and rest. I want to feel ease and liberty. I need loyalty and mystery.

I want to be honored and feel honor for others.
I want to be graceful and elegant.
I want enthusistic people like me and I want to have credibility, which is a big desire. I want the freedom, to invent and to feel euphoria and I desire to be fearless.

I am instead trying hard to be something else, that I am actually hating.
I am trying to show courtesy, decisiveness and discipline, because this is what others want me to be. I try to be content and in control, which I am not. I am trying to dominate and be effective and be an expert, but I hate it, no one shows appreciation.
I am flexible and committed to my responsibilities, which I hate.

I try to be friendly and helpful, but I hate it. I try to humiliate myself and show hospitality which I hate. I hate that I have to find motivation everyday to do these things I hate. I try to obey, but hate it. I try to be a good partner, but hate it. I try to be patient and peaceful, but hate it.

I hate being famous and reputated. I hate pleasure and trying to belong. I hate to care and to be charmful. I hate to try to be cheerful and perfect. I hate Punctuality and richness. I hate being sensible and sexy. I hate simplicity and spontaneity. I hate stillness and strenght (stiff). I hate surprises and teaching people. I hate understanding people and wealth. I hate winning and victory. I hate tranquility.

Advancement, affluence, approvement, but they are leading nowhere. I try to be assertive and attractive and beauty. I am bold and certain and strive for challenge. I give charity and show chasisty. I am clean and clever. I feel comfort and tidiness. I strive for purify and realism and these things are normal and easy and quite boring for me.

I and thankful and show teamwork. I am sincere and spiritual. I relax and reflect. Which is quite uninteresting and boring - it is normal and boring.
I am compassionate and competent. I am concentrated and strive for consercation.
I am daring and dreaming. I give and grow. I am guided and show other guidance.
I strive for health and influency. I have it all.
I have marriage and family and responsibility.
I express myself and explore life.
I have faith and show fidelity.
I am focused and fun. I have ethics and encourage other people.
I have a good economy and dignity.

I show insightfulness and inspiration.
I show integrity and intellect.
I show intuition and justice.
I have knowledge and am always learning.
I am making a difference I believe.
I show leadership but don't want it when I don't have loyalty and love.
I am open-minded and perceptive. I am playful. I am instense (people hate it).
I show intimacy and introspection. I am alive and logic. I don't conform (which my husband hates).

So, this is me.

Please give me your advice, how to proceed...

Test: Are you a Muslim?

Test: Are you a Muslim? Answer yes or no!

  1. Do you believe that there is a God and that He has sent a Messenger called Muhammad peace be upon him to us?
  2. Do you pray five times a day the same way a Muslim do?
  3. Do you fast during Ramadan?

Result: If you have answered yes on all of these then you are a Muslim, but perhaps not a Believer. If you have answered yes on only one or two, you can consider yourself a hypocrite or worse a Kafir. I you have answered no on every one, then you are not a Muslim, you are a Kafir.

Let us discuss the Qur'an now

Let us discuss the Qur'an now. I respect the faith of the Christians and the Jews and the Atheists and others, but please, discuss with me about the Qur'an now. Forget that it is from God. You believe whatever you want. Du believe that the Qur'an is false, invented, because you do not believe in God. But we discuss the Qur'an now. Forget that it is from God at let us discuss it and compare my guidance with your guidance. Do not think of God now, but speak reasonably. If it is perfect, then I say that it is from God. Is it true or not true? I say that the book of Qur'an is true. The Qur'an is perfect, flawless. It is exact, in everything. It is a guidance for everybody, anytime. There is no contradiction in the Qur'an. The person who reads the Qur'an, thinks and reasons - he will fear the Power and Might of Allah, because he will know the truth. The Qur'an allowes science and experiments, and it even encourage it.

It the Qur'an you will find a verse, ayah, that says that the earth is flat AND that it is flat WHEREVER you are on earth and that there is a direction wherever you stand. The person who reasons will notice that it does not say that the earth is round. Remember that the Qur'an was revealed and 610-632 A.C. At this time it was the Greek that have had the science, and you can't find anywhere where it says that the earth is round in an earlier book written by the greeks. So how could Muhammad, who did not know how to write or read, know these things. Nobody knew about this piece of information.

The Vikings and Columbus had not yet went on adventure to find Wine-land with native
Americans. They had not yet sailed to Australia where the aborigines lived. They were all
on the European, Asian and African continent.

The person who reasons will conclude that the earth must be round. If it had been flat or in the form of a square, you would have falled down from the edge. So what does this prove? Because this important information was written down before the researchers in Europe found out that the earth was round, when everybody that moment believed it was flat (Christians), or in the form of a tree (Vikings), how could Muhammad (pbuh) know this? Was he a taught man?

When a person who does not believe in miracles or God hears this, his first reaction would be that he does not believe that is is a revelation, a knowledge, from God. He must say that Muhammad invented it. But Muhammad was widely known before the revelation at the age of 40 as the "honnest and the person who says the truth", even though many did not want to accept THIS truth. During 40 years of his life, from his birth until the day he talked about the revelation he had from Gabriel, Jibril, he was called that. Would he lie? He was analphabet and humble. He did not have knowledge, except that from God. He was never a priest or a learned person. He was a man, a human being, an orphan. The prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, lived and stayed with his people, amongst them during forty years, without any miracles.

If you want to know more about this and the science of the Qur'an, you can read more here. If you read the Qur'an in a language that is NOT arabic, you will be disappointed, because the translation is in any language very poor. You have to know the arabic words too, to understand the REAL meaning of the verse and the science behind it.

How to discover your life purpose in about 30 minutes

How do you discover your real purpose in life? I’m not talking about your job, your daily responsibilities, or even your long-term goals. I mean the real reason why you’re here at all — the very reason you exist.

Perhaps you’re a rather nihilistic person who doesn’t believe you have a purpose and that life has no meaning. Doesn’t matter. Not believing that you have a purpose won’t prevent you from discovering it, just as a lack of belief in gravity won’t prevent you from tripping. All that a lack of belief will do is make it take longer, so if you’re one of those people, just change the number 30 in the title of this blog entry to 60 (or 120 if you’re really stubborn). Most likely though if you don’t believe you have a purpose, then you probably won’t believe what I’m saying anyway, but even so, what’s the risk of investing an hour just in case?

Here is a story about a man who found out the purpose of his life:

Twice while Muhammad (pbuh) was still a young man he went on business trips with his uncle. On both trips, separate holy men warned Abu Talib to care for Muhammad (pbuh). They could see that he would be the great Prophet. Muhammad's (pbuh) uncle began to watch Muhammad (pbuh) more closely.

Muhammad (pbuh) was twenty five when he married his first wife, Khadijah. Khadijah was wealthy and came from a very respected family among the Quraish. She was forty and had been widowed twice. Both men had been wealthy and left her all of their money.
Abu Talib heard that she was looking to hire a man to take a caravan of merchandise to Syria. So on behalf of his nephew, he told her about Muhammad (pbuh). Khadijah had heard of how honest this young man was and agreed to allow Muhammad (pbuh) to lead the Caravan. During this trip, he was accompanied by Khadijah's personal servant, Maisarah.

Muhammad (pbuh) not only made a very successful trip psychically, but also financially. He had treated each trade with such fairness and honesty that Maisarah was overwhelmed. Maisarah was astounded at the way Muhammad (pbuh) conducted himself. He relayed all of this to Khadijah. Khadijah was very pleased at the great success of her trading mission.
Muhammad (pbuh) was soon rewarded with more. Khadijah having spoke with Muhammad (pbuh) and having heard the accounts of the trip from Maisarah, fell in love with Muhammad (pbuh). She confronted her best friend Nafisa. It was Nasfisa that went to Muhammad (pbuh) and asked him why he was not married. He replied that he was to poor to marry. Nasfisa told him of Khadijah and her love of him. She asked him if he would marry Khadijah. Muhammad (pbuh) accepted.

The authority in Mecca was divided among the ten senators who constituted the governing body of the Arabian Commonwealth. A storm had ripped threw Mecca, damaging many of the building's including the Ka'bah. A group of young men from each tribe had assembled in shifts to repair the Ka'bah, afraid that it would collapse. Though most of Mecca was worshiping idols, many of them felt the Ka'bah was the only remaining connection to the Prophets of the past.

The project was half way completed, and was time to replace the Hajai Aswad (the black stone). The tribes began to argue on who should have the honor. They all decided, the next one to enter the courtyard would decide the matter for them. The first to come was Muhammad (pbuh), the people cried out ‘Al Ameen, he will decide’. Muhammad (pbuh) listened to the tale of what happened. Then he got a large sheet and placed the black stone on it with his bare hands. He asked the chiefs of each clan to take hold of the cloth and carry it to the wall. When they reached the wall he told them to raise it up high. Muhammad (pbuh) again took the stone with his hands and placed it in position. The tribes we’re all very pleased with his wisdom. Muhammad (pbuh) had averted a war between them.

Muhammad (pbuh) and Khadijah had been married for fifteen years and they had many children. Unfortunately many died early in childhood. It was during this time that Khadijah turned all of her wealth over to her husband. She had done so, because Muhammad (pbuh) had no wealth of his own. She knew how much he wanted to help others. Muhammad (pbuh) never abused the wealth, using it only when he needed to help an unfortunate. He even paid off part of his Uncle Abu Talib debt, out of gratitude for having raised him. Muhammad (pbuh) also helped to raise his uncles children, and adopted a boy who was bought as a slave.

Muhammad (pbuh) had never believed in the worshipping of idols. He knew that Allah was a much higher power then these wood and stone figures could ever represent. He could see how lawless cruel behavior and superstitious immoral conduct had engulfed the tribes of Arabia. The land was fueled with bitter quarrels and bloodshed, that was slowly destroying them. To elevate his heartache, Muhammad (pbuh) would retreat to a cave known as Hira, in the mountains surrounding Mecca. He would meditate over the intricacies of the universe and creation.

He was forty in the year 610AD. He was is a deep concentration in the cave. The Angel Jibril appeared, with a dazzling light. “Recite!” the voice boomed echoing against the walls of the cave. Muhammad (pbuh) was so startled the only thing that he could think of saying was “I can not recite.” This was true he did not know how to read or write. “Recite!” commanded the voice again, louder. Muhammad (pbuh) was desperate, pain had seized his chest. He cried out again “I cannot recite!” Muhammad (pbuh) chest was squeezing even harder and he was frantic. “Recite!” boomed the angel. Muhammad (pbuh) wanting the pain inside of him to stop he said “What should I recite” The pain stopped. The Angel continued "Recite! In the Name of Your Lord, Who has created all that exists, has created a man from a clot. Recite...and your Lord is the Most Generous, Who has taught the writing by the pen, and has taught man that which he knew not." Muhammad (pbuh) repeated the words to Jibril. The angel disappeared and the cave went dark.

Muhammad (pbuh) scared and shaking, not comprehending what had happened ran from the cave. He was stumbling down the path to his village, when he heard the voice call after him. “Muhammad (pbuh) you are the messenger of Allah, and I am the angel Jibril.” Muhammad (pbuh) cried out for Khadijah “cover me! cover me!” laying in her arms trembling through the night. Feverishly he slept till morning. When he awoke he narrated the story to his wife. Khadijah was worried about her husband, but knew of the prophecy of his life. She even spoke to her cousin Waraqa Ibn Naufal, who was old and blind and who knew the Scriptures of the Jews and Christians. He told her that Muhammad (pbuh) was visited by the Namus (The Holy Spirit) who came to Moses. He told Muhammad (pbuh) to be brave and hold his faith.

Muhammad (pbuh) was dreadfully concerned, how was he going to make them listen. His people had been indulging for generations. Most of the town was rich and had very little concern for others. Six long months passed without another revelation. It seemed that Muhammad (pbuh) would go mad. He thought that, he had displeased Allah in some way. He was then visited again by the angel Jibril. "O you (Muhammad (pbuh)) enveloped (covered in cloth) Arise and warn! Your Lord (Allah) magnify!" He awaked sweating and told Khadijah. This was the will of Allah and he had to warn the people. She accepted the revelations and abandoned the idolatry of her people and was the first to accept Islam.
In the following weeks the angel Jibril came to Muhammad (pbuh) teaching him the importance of purity, the manner of absolution and how to pray. Once this was completed Jibril taught him the most important surah. Surah Al-Fatiha. It took twenty three years, for the rest of the Quran to be revealed.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds,
The Beneficent, the Merciful.
Master of the Day of Judgment,
Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help.
Show us the straight path,
The path of those whom Thou hast favored; Not the (path) of those who earn Thy anger nor of those who go astray.

Muhammad (pbuh) began his mission with his family. Many ridiculed Muhammad (pbuh) and we’re in disbelief. Those who knew him well, accepted the truth. Zayd ibn Harith, his adopted son embraced Islam. Ali, his cousin was the next to convert. Ali was the son of Abu Talib. Abu Talib came to the Prophet and said: "O son of my brother, what is this religion you are following?" "It is the religion of Allah of His Angels, of His Messengers and of our ancestor Abraham," answered the Muhammad (pbuh). "Allah has sent me to his servants, to direct them towards the truth, and you, O my uncle, are the most worthy of all. I should thus call upon you and you should accept the truth and help in spreading it." Abu Talib replied that he could not abandon the religion of his fathers. He also said that as long as he lived he would not let any harm come to Muhammad (pbuh). Ali's conversion was followed by Abu Bakr, from the elders of his people. Abu Bakr was a close friend of the Prophet (pbuh).

Muhammad (pbuh) took his message to the people of the Ka'bah. He explained the oneness of Allah. How they must abandon their idols and accept the truth. The people we’re too reluctant to give up the their false tangible gods, that had been handed down to them for generations. They became hostile with Muhammad (pbuh) and the Muslims for offending them.

The wealthy and powerful non believers in Mecca disagreed with the teachings of Muhammad (pbuh). Many Muslims we’re tortured and slain for not giving up their belief in Allah. Realizing that brute force was not going to waiver the Muslims, they decided to bargain with Muhammad (pbuh). Muhammad (pbuh) was offered the position as Chief of Mecca along with any maiden he wished for a bride, and as much money as Muhammad (pbuh) wanted. The only condition was, that he must stop his teachings. Muhammad (pbuh) replied that his mission was beyond the riches of this life. No amount of money or gifts or power would stop him from his duty as messenger of Allah...

If you want to discover your true purpose in life, you must first empty your mind of all the false purposes you’ve been taught (including the idea that you may have no purpose at all). So maybe the first thing you should do is to begin to pray. Put your forehead against the floor, say: God, oh God, if you exist, please guide me. And Allah willing, you will be guided, and you will find the purpose of your life, inchallah.

10 things that happens when you open al-Qur'an!

The Qur'an is not a book like anyone else. The Qur'an is not holy. Holy is a word that the Christians use about their book, the Bible. We say Qur'an al-nabil, the noble Qur'an.

  1. Everyday muslims are talking about islam. Why?People convert to islam more and more. One reason to convert is that you have read al-Qur'an. Everyday I know boys like you that are converting, because of what is said in the noble book. Every day girls put on hidjab and make shahada, witness that there is no God but Allah, and that Muhammad is his messenger, salatu wa salem because of what is told in the noble Qur'an. You have read books before, but none will be as this book. This book makes people cry, laugh and repent. This book teaches old gentlemen how to live their last years in life. This book teaches young boys how to behave towards their parents. Are not you curious about reading it?
  2. You will protect yourself from harm. For example there is a verse, ayat al-kursi, that will protect you, Allah willing, from shaytan and djinn.
  3. You will heal and cure yourself.
  4. You will start remember.
  5. You will know the purpose of life
  6. You will know what you were before you were born and what will happen after you die.
  7. You will understand life,
  8. You will know that there is invisible things in life that we should take into consideration while we live.
  9. You will start change your routines in foods, drinks, clothes, habits, relations with friends, collegues, family and with yourself.
  10. You will get to learn Allah, the One who has created you.
I first read the Qur'an in french. It was a little red book with golden frames. I was very eager to know what it said about Jesus, Maria, Moses and also who God was. I did not want to know about women, but when I read I saw that women were greatly respected, more than I had ever imagined. So what are you fear of reading the Qur'an? That you will be brain-washed? Well, it is a fact. You WILL be brain-washed, but in a positive way. You will understand everything and how the puzzle's image looks like. You will understand life. Because Allah is the God of everybody on earth. He has sent prophets since Adam. If you do not believe in Adam? Then, look for all scientific verses in the Qur'an. Then you will understand, accept and believe that Adam was you ancestor.

The Qur'an talks not only about the believers, but also about the none-believers and the ones who says they are believers but are not, the hypocrites. You can read more here
